Apostle Paul Moore is the founder and Pastor of Eternal Life Prayer Ministry which he now heads with his wife Prophetess Moore in Ontario, Canada. The Ministry he founded was given through a prophetic vision the Lord gave him 8yrs ago. He has been preaching, writing and presenting Life Lines since the day Eternal Life Prayer Ministry opened its doors on June 6 2015.
